Shinetsu Kogen Special Cycling Tour! ! This is a two-day cycling tour that takes you around Shinetsu Kogen in late summer on a state-of-the-art electrically assisted bicycle. Accompanied by a local guide, you can enjoy cycling on the latest electric-assisted bicycle on the beautiful forest road in the sunshine filtering through the trees and the apple fields in the countryside. In between cycling, stop by Togakushi Shrine and the old road, hang a hammock in the forest of the campsite and take a coffee break. This is a 1-night, 2-day tour that fully enjoys the Shinetsu Kogen, including fresh and delicious meals made with local ingredients and a stay at Togakushi Kosya, a wonderful inn in Togakushi Koshisui. ☆Schedule for 2 days and 1 night☆September 10th (Saturday) E-BIKE Distance: Approx. 10:40 AM - Start the tour from Nagano Forest Village. After a lecture on how to ride an E-BIKE, we started cycling. 11:40 AM -Visit Togakushi Shrine/Hokosha We will stop at Togakushi Hokosha, which was built in the Edo period and has fine carvings. 12:30 PM - Togakushi Kagamiike Stop at Kagamiike, where the majestic Togakushi mountain range is reflected on the surface of the lake. 13:00 PM - Lunch For lunch, enjoy delicious Togakushi soba. 14:15 PM - Hammock & Coffee Break Move to Togakushi Campsite, hang a hammock in your favorite spot and relax! Your guide will serve you a delicious cup of coffee. Even if you are new to hammocks, don't worry because the guide will tell you how to set it up. 16:00 PM - Check-in at your accommodation Check-in at Togakushi Kosha, a lovely mountain hut located in Togakushi Koshisui. Enjoy your free time. A visit to Okusha Suginamiki in the evening or early morning is also recommended. You can enjoy a quiet and mysterious space. September 11th (Sun) E-BIKE Mileage about 20km~25km9:00 AM - Departure After breakfast, check out of the accommodation and head for Iizuna Kogen by courtesy car. 9:50 AM - Mure Station Start cycling by E-BIKE from Mure Station. We will run through Satoyama where beautiful apple fields spread. 11:45 PM - Lunch Enjoy a delicious meal using local ingredients at a cafe restaurant in Iizuna Kogen. 14:00 PM - Saint Cousaire Winery Perched on a hill, Saint Cousaire Winery is like a European countryside. Eat delicious gelato and enjoy shopping. 15:30 PM - Tour ends The tour ends at Mure Station.

On the first day, we will explore the Togakushi area by E-BIKE, stop by Togakushi Shrine and old roads, and enjoy the beautiful nature of the Togakushi Plateau. We are planning to stay at Togakushi Kosha. On the second day, we will move from Togakushi to Iizuna by courtesy car and tour the Iizuna Plateau, which has a tranquil rural landscape of apple fields. Enjoy a wonderful experience that you can never know just by visiting by car.

We will guide you to the best secret trails and scenic spots unique to local guides. A lot of wonderful discoveries that you don't notice even if you're driving. Embark on an exciting adventure just like when you were a kid! You can also enjoy delicious meals while cycling through the idyllic woodlands and beautiful national park forests. Lunch on the first day is Togakushi soba, and dinner is a delicious dinner at Togakushi Kosha. For lunch on the second day, enjoy a delicious lunch using local ingredients at a local cafe restaurant.

A support car will accompany you during the cycling tour, so you don't have to worry if you have to retire. In addition, unnecessary luggage can be left in the support car, so you can enjoy cycling lightly.
