Plan attractions
Aokigahara Jukai One theory is that it was given the name "Sea of Trees" because when viewed from the top of the mountain, the trees swaying in the wind look like rolling waves in the ocean.
Fuji Wind Cave The cave is cold even in summer, and visitors can see icicles that do not melt, lava shelves, and rope-shaped lava inside. The cave was used in a variety of ways from the Edo period through to the Showa period, including for raising silkworms.
Narusawa Ice Cave It was apparently used for a variety of purposes, such as being offered as gifts during the Edo period and as ice for ice refrigerators during the Taisho period.
Time schedule
Narusawa Ice Cave Entrance It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the nearest bus stop to the entrance.
Aokigahara Forest From the ice cave to the wind cave, it takes about 30 minutes to walk along the Tokai Nature Trail inside the sea of trees.
Fugaku Wind Cave It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the reception entrance to the main cave entrance.

Fujisan Plaza 2nd floor tour desk 9:20 *Fujisan Plaza is right in front of Kawaguchiko Station.
Please use the paid parking lot near Fujikyuko Kawaguchiko Station. (Parking fees are to be paid by the individual.)
Get off at Fujikyuko Kawaguchiko Station.
There are buses bound for Lake Kawaguchi from all over the Tokyo metropolitan area.
