You can easily experience snowshoe trekking in an area close to the village. You can also dive into the snow for photogenic photos!♪ Children from 6 years old can participate, so it's perfect for making memories with your children! You can feel the majestic nature while slowly trekking in the fluffy snow on snowshoes. Participants will be guided by experienced certified guides from the Akita Shirakami Guide Association. We will give a careful lecture even to those who are new to snowshoeing, so you can rest assured. If you're lucky, you might even see animal footprints! ♪●Recommendations before and after the experience ・Take a break at "Mori no Eki". Recommended lunches are "Ramkure Donburi", "Shirakami Donburi", and "Horse Meat Ramen", as well as premium soft serve ice cream and coffee brewed with water from the Shirakami-Sanchi. Souvenirs are also available for purchase. ・Day-trip bathing. The Yunosawa Onsen area around Mori no Eki is famous for its skin-beautifying hot springs. ・"Shirakami-Sanchi World Heritage Center Fujisato Hall" Next to Mori no Eki. Free. Slowly trek through the snow with snowshoes. A certified guide from the Akita Shirakami Guide Association will guide you to the participants. We will give a polite lecture to those who are new to snowshoes, so you can rest assured.
