The board is a larger version of a surfboard, so even beginners can stand up right away. There is also a fitness effect because you paddle using your abdominal muscles. You can enjoy cruising by rowing out from a calm area on the sea and rivers of tropical Miyazaki. Even if you are a complete beginner, the instructor will carefully and safely give you a lecture, so you can experience it with confidence. It is included in the board and paddle wetsuit rental fee, so all you need is a swimsuit and a towel.
