神社の施設で神道行法の修行を体験していただきます。
正座が基本となりますが、補助の座椅子もご利用いただけます。

Matters require attention ・軽いジョギングに相当する体力を要しますので、体調に不安のある方はご遠慮ください。
Other notifications 9時に開始し、17時15分頃に解散となります。おおむね30～40分おきに休憩を挟み、その他に昼食と夕食の時間も含まれます。それ以外の時間が実質的な修行の時間となります。
