It is a meal plan at a long-established restaurant in Little Kyoto "Kamo" in Hokuetsu ♪ <Kiyountei Yamashige> Founded 180 years ago. The shop name "Yamaju" is derived from the fact that the first generation was called "Kamiyama no Shigebei" and was popular. At the time of its founding, it ran a bathhouse called "Yuya Chojuyu," which was a popular place to soak in hot water, eat leisurely, and drink alcohol. In the Taisho era, I also worked on Western food. Since then, it has been operating as a Japanese restaurant. In 1959 and 20th year, the imperial family visited us. You can spend a comfortable space with a pure Japanese-style space and the cuisine and hospitality unique to a long-established restaurant. It was published in the 2020 Michelin Guide Niigata. Fall 2021 The building was certified as a national registered tangible cultural property.
We are particular about traditional kaiseki cuisine and make the best use of seasonal ingredients from the preparation. We will prepare the best ingredients of the season according to the customer's wishes, and we will entertain you with Japanese cuisine that you can enjoy "taste, aroma, texture, and serving".

All guest rooms have a seasonal atmosphere with Kamoyama in the background, and we have prepared a space where you can spend an important time on your anniversary for business.
