You can experience riding a rickshaw in the cityscape of "Kamo" in Little Kyoto in Hokuetsu. It is a plan with lunch at a long-established restaurant ♪ <Kiyountei Yamashige> Founded 180 years ago. The shop name "Yamaju" is derived from the fact that the first generation was called "Kamiyama no Shigebei" and was popular. At the time of its founding, it ran a bathhouse called "Yuya Chojuyu," which was a popular place to soak in hot water, eat leisurely, and drink alcohol. In the Taisho era, I also worked on Western food. Since then, it has been operating as a Japanese restaurant. In 1959 and 20th year, the imperial family visited us. You can spend a comfortable space with a pure Japanese-style space and the cuisine and hospitality unique to a long-established restaurant. It was published in the 2020 Michelin Guide Niigata.
