It is an experience cycling of linkage cycling. Based on a clubhouse near Enoshima, after learning how to operate and handle road bikes and cross bikes, and traffic rules, you will visit the satoyama and ice cream shops from the standard coastline in the Shonan area. It is a sports cycling experience for adults who can ride a city bicycle and run on the road. It runs about 25km on easy-to-run courses such as cycling roads, green roads along rivers, and coastal tracks. We have various rentals such as sports bikes, helmets, clothing, gloves and sunglasses. The Athens Olympic Road Race Player and the official guide of the Japan Cycling Guide Association will guide you. For your first sports cycling, let's run refreshingly in Shonan with a safe and secure guided tour! ～ Flow of the day ～ ①Reception: Confirm your name and rental items. ② Change of clothes: Choose cycling wear, pants, gloves, sunglasses, and a helmet, and change and fit in the changing room. ③ Operation practice: Set the height of the saddle of the sports bike and practice braking, shifting, getting on and off, riding form, etc. ④ Briefing: Information such as itineraries, traffic rules, cues, etc. will be shared with all participants. ⑤ Cycling: Enjoy cycling about 25km led by a guide. Drive on the road, exceptionally on the sidewalk, and on cycling roads. The standard running speed is about 15 to 20km / h.
Cycling professionals from the Athens Olympic Road Race Players and certified guides from the Japan Cycling Guide Association will carefully lecture on getting on and off sports bikes, braking to stop safely, smooth shifting methods, and how to take forms.
It is a carefully selected course that takes safety into consideration, such as the back road with less traffic, the Sakaigawa Cycling Road, the Hikichigawa Ryokudo, and the coastline in Shonan Kaigan Park.
