You can experience making Sasa-Mino sushi, a local dish born in the Myoko / Suginosawa area, while learning from the locals. With family, friends and couples! Would you like to experience making Sasa Mino sushi together?
Challenge to make bamboo sushi by folding bamboo leaves into the shape of a wall insert for farm work. The ingredients on top of the sushi rice are broth egg, shiitake mushrooms, miso pickled radish, and seasonal wild plants. Put the ingredients on it and make your favorite sushi. You can apply from 2 people. Would you like to fill your stomach and heart with the Sasa Mino Sushi experience at lunch time? Miso soup and pickles are also included ♪
