Introducing [Kamotsuru Sake Brewery], which was founded in 1912, and [Mirasaka Fromage], an aged cheese, on an online tour! Feel free to join us from anywhere as long as you have a web environment. I definitely want to convey the culture of sake to French people who have a wine culture! It is a tour that we would like various people to use, such as for a full-scale travel inspection. You can enjoy Hiroshima's sake and gourmet while talking with other participants ♪
We will deliver two types of sake (720ml x 2 bottles) from Kamoizumi Shuzo, and you can compare them. We will deliver aged cheese that goes well with sake.
Infiltrate the sake brewing site that you can't normally enter! Mr. Mori will explain how to make sake. We have time for a direct question and answer session with sake and cheese producers.
For French people, we will also have a French interpreter participate and explain sake in an easy-to-understand manner.

Kamoizumi Shuzo In 1911, when Juichi Maegaki (the first generation) was 23 years old from a rice wholesaler who was running with his father, he decided to start a brewing business and founded Maegaki Sake Brewery in 1912. The name of the sake is "Kamo", which is a place name derived from the capital of Kyoto, and "Kamozumi", which is the name of the sake, which is drawn from the famous water of Saigokukaido, "Katayamamiko Shimizu" in the forest owned by our store.
Mirasaka Fromage At Mirasaka Fromage, grazing milk that raises cows and goats in the style of "mountain dairy" (Yamachirakuno), where livestock are naturally grazing in the mountains, and freshly squeezed milk from a farmer in the north of the prefecture are used for cheese. I am making.
