You can drive with an ordinary driver's license, and you don't need to wear a helmet! (It is stipulated as unnecessary by the Road Traffic Act) There is no need to wear a helmet even on hot summer days, and there is no worry that your view will be obstructed.
An EV trike is simply a three-wheeled electric motorcycle. It is classified as a car under the Road Traffic Act, and you can drive if you have an ordinary driver's license.
