Honestly, one hour isn't enough. ✳︎ Relaxing SUP Yoga in Miyakojima ✳︎ Yoga performed on the ocean, surrounded by crystal-clear beaches and a sense of freedom in the midst of nature. Laugh out loud in the ocean and detoxify your body and daily fatigue! Miyakojima's nature is sure to embrace you ♡ Lessons are tailored to both beginners and experienced yoga instructors. MiKa, a Miyakojima yoga instructor with various certifications, prioritizes safety and security and strives to provide personalized lessons. Be sure to try her out! We are particularly confident in our service and safety! Hot showers are available after the tour. Located on the same premises as Hiro-chan Shokudo, a restaurant that has been in business for 30 years, it's also popular for its hot lunches! 2nd year in a row! Certified by the Okinawa Prefectural Public Safety Commission as a "Safety Measures Excellent Shop," a US Yoga Alliance certified instructor (RYT200), a Japan SUP Yoga Association certified instructor, a Bliss Baby yoga maternity yoga TTC graduate, and a Japan Kids Yoga Association beginner's yoga instructor. We also offer marine guiding services. We are a Japan SUP Association certified SUP instructor, a PADI snorkel guide, a CPR/First Aid certified, a Red Cross certified, and an OMSB water rescuer. We also carry personal injury and liability insurance in case of an emergency. *To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we disinfect and sanitize all equipment and keep alcohol sprays on hand. We are taking measures to ensure everyone's safety. *Reservations are limited to a maximum of six people, but we may be able to accommodate groups of more than six depending on availability. Please inquire.
