Anyone from elementary school to adults can enjoy! It is a walking skiing and cross-country skiing experience. It will be held at either Tsurugi, which tours the snowfield according to the conditions, or Shiramine, which is a full-scale course. We will give lectures from the basics to cross-country skiing as a means of transportation to hard competitions. The motto is "Everyone has fun!" Depending on the level. Cross-country skiing that everyone can enjoy from play to training!
Cross-country skiing, also known as Nordic skiing, is a winter sport of European Nordic origin. Starting with the means of transportation in winter, which is closed to snow, unlike ordinary alpine skiing, you can ski on snowy fields or climb slopes without fixing your heels using thin boards. While anyone can enjoy it, it is also an Olympic event, and it has a very hard side as a competition.
An instructor (guide) will explain the tools that you rarely see, and when you get used to it, you will take a walk around the area (mini tour). Recommended for beginners.
