Ume Meister teaches while explaining in an easy-to-understand manner, so even the first time you can easily complete it! You can also listen to fun stories about plums ♪ * You can drink the plum juice made from the experience 10 days later. You can make two bottles of about 110 ml of plum juice and take them home.

Uses 3 types of sugar

Plum juice is made using three types of sugar: konpeito, millet sugar, and rock candy. It will be ready to drink in about 10 days after it is made.
