Even if you miss June, when the plums are harvested, you can make them all year round because frozen plums are used at the Umejikan! Ume Meister teaches while explaining in an easy-to-understand manner, so even the first time you can easily complete it! You can also listen to fun stories about plums ♪ * You can drink the plum juice made from the experience 10 days later. You can make two bottles of about 110 ml of plum juice and take them home.

Uses 3 types of sugar

Plum juice is made using three types of sugar: konpeito, millet sugar, and rock candy. It will be ready to drink in about 10 days after it is made.
