"Tazawako Beer" is the first "craft beer" made in Akita Prefecture. We will guide you through the manufacturing process of craft beer, which has won many awards at international competitions held in Germany, stubbornly adhering to Germany's "use only wheat, hops, yeast, and water" (reinheitsgebot). !!
