Take a SUP "Stand Up Paddle Board" and freely adventure around Kusaki Lake! You can train your core and sense of balance, so the exercise effect is great! There is no problem at all even for the first time because one guide will give a personal lecture on how to ride and row for each group! It is safe to wear a life jacket.
