Large balloon sightseeing flights are very popular as a tourist activity in various parts of the world, such as Cappadocia in Turkey, Melbourne in Australia, and safaris in Africa. Large hot air balloon sightseeing flights approved by the Japan Hot Air Balloon Association have begun for the first time in Japan. As a pioneer, we will start our service at the Watarase Reservoir, a Ramsar-registered wetland in Tochigi City, Tochigi Prefecture. You can see Mt. Fuji and the buildings in the city center from the center of the Kanto Plain, and a sightseeing flight while watching the sunrise from the sky is perfect for creating memories with family and friends. We will also take commemorative photos in the sky, so please use it for family memories, unforgettable proposals, and birthday surprises for friends. You will ride an 8-seater hot air balloon and fly for about 45 to 60 minutes in the sky at a maximum altitude of about 1000m. (Depending on weather conditions, the altitude may be lower and the duration may be shorter.) During the day, air warmed by the sun rises (updrafts), making it difficult to control and impossible to fly, so we fly in the early morning when the wind is calm. People of all ages, from children to the elderly, can board the flight. Please enjoy an elegant journey in the sky. - Schedule for the day - 1. Gathering and boarding precautions: 5 minutes 2. Moving to takeoff location: 10 minutes 3. Preparing the hot air balloon: 40 minutes 4. Hot air balloon flight: 45 minutes 5. Hot air balloon collection and return to the meeting point: 70 minutes
The dream of flying in the sky in about 2 hours from Tokyo will come true. You can enjoy a 360-degree view from a maximum altitude of 1000m. You can overlook the Kanto Plain, and if the weather is nice, you can see Mt. Fuji and the buildings in the city center. If the conditions are right, you can fly over the sea of clouds.
Using a camera hanging from a hot-air balloon, we will take a commemorative photo in the sky and present the photo. We will also give you an original boarding certificate for boarding a hot-air balloon. Please take home the memories of the hot-air balloon experience as a memorial to your family and friends.
