The night view of Sapporo is counted as one of the New Three Great Night Views of Japan. Wear snowshoes or snow spikes, climb up from the bottom, and see the night view from the top of the mountain! The night view that you can see by climbing on your own feet is more satisfying than the easy access by gondola! You will be in the forest on the way up, but a spectacular night view awaits you at the top of the mountain! Night hiking and snowshoeing are OK even for the first time. Professional guides certified by the Japan Mountain Guide Association will provide support and lectures.
Special equipment such as snowshoes and poles can be rented for free. In addition to the above, headlights, goggles, winter gloves, waterproof winter outerwear, and waterproof snow boots are available for rent, but for a fee.
