Udon Teachers will teach you how to make authentic Sanuki handmade udon in 40 to 60 minutes, starting from kneading the powder, spreading it with a rolling pin, and boiling it. After making it, taste it! The taste of udon that you make and eat yourself is exceptional! Please feel free to visit us.
You can enjoy it with a dish of your own udon noodles. Please apply when you make a reservation for Nakano Udon School. Chirashizushi, rice balls, tempura, etc.
If you don't have time, you can just finish the experience (about 50 minutes). You can also take home the udon you made as a souvenir. (The expiration date is about 2 to 3 days.)
