You can easily enjoy barbecue at the only "Kidoike Hot spring Campsite" in Shiga Kogen. All the equipment and ingredients are prepared, and you can use it empty-handed! Even in bad weather, there is a covered venue, so you can rest assured ♪ Family, group or small Number of participants can make reservations! At an altitude of 1620m, the average summer temperature at Kidoike Onsen Hotel & Campground is about 20 ℃. You can enjoy a delicious barbecue with a view of nature on an open site that is not crowded. Take a walk on a hiking trail certified by the Forest Therapy Association, take a boat ride at Kido Pond, relax in the hotel's one-day hot springs, and enjoy your summer holidays! * Regarding the use of the hotel, it may not be possible to use it for group accommodation.

Dress code - Must bring items	Empty-handed barbecue does not include drinks. Please bring it with you, order from a hotel, or use a vending machine. Please come in clothes that can smell or get dirty. I don't have anything in particular.

The campsite is an open location overlooking Kasagatake. Since it is outdoors, there are no three dens.

Please contact us at least 3 days in advance for empty-handed barbecue. (Reservation required)

From July to August, you can see the best Genji firefly in Japan at the stone bath near the campsite.

Around the campsite without lights, you will be surrounded by a starry sky. You can clearly see the Milky Way.

At Kidoike, you can row rowing boats (600 yen for 30 minutes per so) and feeding carp (100 yen per bag), and children can also enjoy it ♪

If you arrive by car

From Joshinetsu Expressway "Shinshu Nakano IC", take Route 292 toward Shiga Kogen for 45 minutes. From Kusatsu Onsen, Gunma Prefecture, take Route 292 toward Shiga Kogen for 60 minutes. From Manza Onsen, Gunma Prefecture, take Route 292 toward Shiga Kogen, and there is a 30-minute parking lot in front of the hotel (free / 50 cars).

If you arrive by train

From "Nagano Station" on the Hokuriku Shinkansen, take the Nagaden Bus Express Bus to Shiga Kogen for about 80 minutes. Get off at Kidoike bus stop. 0 minutes on foot.

If you arrive by other means of transportation

From "Nagano Station" on the Hokuriku Shinkansen, take the Nagano Electric Railway Limited Express train bound for Yudanaka for about 40 minutes. Get off at Yudanaka. About 45 minutes by Nagaden Bus bound for Hotaru Onsen. Get off at Kidoike bus stop. 0 minutes on foot.
