It is a tour to observe the starry sky carefully using a large reflecting telescope.
Did you know that the Ogasawara starry sky has been number one in Japan for the second consecutive year in a contest by the Ministry of the Environment? If you move to an open place where the city lights do not reach and look up overhead, you can see the starry sky that you can never see in the city. The guide will guide you to the best points of the day, considering the season and wind direction!
Folding benches are also available for you to relax and enjoy the starry sky during the tour. Experience how many stars there are in the universe while listening to the guide's commentary. And feel it on a magnificent scale, from the story of the constellations to the story of the stars.
