みなかみ町でカヤックをやりに行ってみたいと思っていたので息子と参加しました！
参加する前に息子とパドル作りを楽しみ、zoomで参加！
パドルの使い方を優しく教えていただき、実際体験するコースを案内してもらい、野鳥の声、水の音や滝の音で自然を感じれました！最後にクイズもあり、息子も楽しんでいました！
次は実際に体験にいきます！

Guest user手軽に気軽に、家にいながらカヌーが体験出来ました！
家にいながら、パソコン画面をつうじて、カヤックレッスンと、綺麗な動画を見ながら街の景観や、鳥のさえずり、水の音など自然観賞も出来ました。
カヤックレッスンは、パドルに関する基本的な知識やその使い方などカヤック初心者やちょっとしたエクササイズにもなりました。回転いすで参加すると良かったですね。
子供と参加するといいかな、と思ったのと、6月から会社もはじまるので、会社の休憩時間に同僚と参加してみようかなと思います。
ちょっとした気分転換や、普段の自分の生活圏から抜け出して、現地と交流できるところがいいな、と思いました。
今度は、みなかみでカヤックをやりにいきます！

カヌー未経験ですが、パドルの使い方など分かりやすく教えていただきました。自宅にいながらにして湖や緑の木々や滝など、自然の雰囲気を楽しむことができ、またインストラクターの方とのコミュニケーションを楽しむことができ、コロナ自粛期間中でほとんど外出する機会がない中、息抜きをすることができました。

カヤック初心者ですが、わかりやすく説明していただきました。体験中に見る動画も野鳥の声や水の音、綺麗な自然な景観に癒される時間でした。レクリエーションを交えて飽きなく参加することができ、みなかみ町の温泉や周辺施設についての情報も教えていただいたので、次は現地に行って楽しみたいなと思いました♪
