Osaka softly floating experience in the vicinity of the Bay!
The venue Osaka blowing a stable sea breeze from the Gulf, Paragliding is a location that is suitable for. The sea breezes catch the wings and float up within reach of the instructor. If the condition is good, fly to a height of about 2 to 5m from the ground with a rope towing system like flying a kite. Please enjoy the superb view from an angle you can never see! If the weather is fine, you can fly while overlooking the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge and Mt. Rokko! The evening course is a flight while watching the sunset!
Participation is OK from 3 years old! Let's enjoy an aerial walk with 3 generations of parents and children! Paragliding experience at Maishima Sports Island, Osaka! Children from 3 years old can participate. Please feel free to join us as it is a hands-on experience that only first-timers can enjoy. Experienced instructors will fully support you! Why don't you enjoy an aerial walk for 3 generations from children to grandpas and grandmas in the fall of sports?

Time schedule
Meeting place & reception Meet at Maishima Sports Island's Taiyo no Hiroba! Look for the simple tent. Read and fill out the participation agreement carefully, then complete the payment.
Get ready! To prevent injury, you will do thorough warm-up exercises and relax your mind. After the instructor helps you put on the special equipment, you will learn the basics of paragliding.
Basic operation practice You will be given an explanation of the basic operation of the paraglider you will actually be using, and you will be able to check the basic operation on the spot.
Ground training begins Let the wind into the paraglider and practice operating it on the ground.
It's finally time to fly! Control your glider by following the instructor's voice
To the sky! Float up into the sky! The instructor on the ground will hold onto the ropes that extend from the equipment around the participants' sides and control the aircraft, so anyone can enjoy the experience with peace of mind.
Flight! There are ropes so even small children can feel safe.
landing The entire area is covered in grass, so you can land safely.
I'll do two or three flights. Depending on the conditions, we will try a maximum of 2-3 times.
Access - Map
From the parking lot in front of the BBQ area of The Day Osak (formerly Hotel Lodge Maishima), you will come to a vast grassy area overlooking Osaka Bay. Look for the flags.
Please head for The Day Osak (formerly Hotel Lodge Maishima) No. 2 Parking Lot. *This is not a dedicated parking lot, so if it is full, please use a nearby parking lot. *If using the expressway, exit at Wangan Maishima on the Hanshin Expressway Bayshore Line and cross the Konohana Bridge. *If using the national highway, head west (towards USJ) at Baika Intersection on National Highway 43 and cross the Konohana Bridge. From the direction of Nanko (Sakishima), go through the Yumesaki Tunnel and cross the Yumemai Bridge.
From the entrance to the BBQ area of The Day Osak (formerly Hotel Lodge Maishima), please come to the vast lawn area on the parking lot (Osaka Bay) side. Bus stop: Lodge Maishima ●JR Loop Line, get off at Nishikujo Station, change to the city bus, Route 81 bound for Maishima Sports Island, and take the bus from Nishikujo (35 minutes) ●JR Loop Line, change to the JR Yumesaki Line at Nishikujo Station, get off at Sakurajima Station, change to the Maishima Active Bus (Route 2), and take the bus from Sakurajima Station (15 minutes)
