Start with a casual drink at local standing sake bar 'Sugawara Sake-ten' in the heart of the city.
Choose your first drink of the evening from their selection of rare local varieties and sip alongside some local bar-snacks.After a short walking tour of Sendai's night-life area 'Kokubuncho', head to a quieter location for the highlight of the evening. At 'Sake Bar Hatago', owner and sake master Tsukasa Aoya himself has created a unique Sendai tasting plate featuring regional delicacies from around the city and greater Miyagi Prefecture.Of course, he has designed these to be paired with some more local drops! four more of your favorites or leave the selection up to the master and enjoy the variety of flavors as you savour each with another mouthful of delicious food.
