Plan description

Enjoy a local pot that warms up to the core, surrounded by the villagers and the hearth at the villager's restaurant, which is only empty once a month. Stay at a guest house in UEDAVILLAGE (Ueda Mura), which is located at the top of a mountain as much as a house. Wake up in the morning and admire the magnificent view from Hoshimidai.

All you have to do is eat around the hearth and talk, but I think it's time to love the village.
Don't miss the local hot pot on the hearth! For appetizers, you can also enjoy Ueda burdock dishes and villagers' vegetables dishes.

Ueda Village's specialty “Fudaraku Nabe”

In the local pot of Ueda village named after the Buddhist term of Suodaku, we combine the coined words, "I will spend a pleasant time away from everyday life." It is a delicious pot that is cooked with seasonal fresh seafood and game. Suodaku represents an octagonal mountain where Kannon lives on the coast at the southern tip of India. The shime contains curry, an Indian sole food, and enjoys udon noodles.
