Plan description

We make four types of "raw bean paste": koshian, matcha, roasted chestnuts, and chocolate.
One is for tasting on the spot, and the rest are for souvenirs.

Make dough

Matcha green tea etc in carved raw cloth, color it and knead until smooth touching.

Wrapping and steaming

I wrap the round bean paste in advance with the fabric I made. Place the buns in a steamer with a steamer and cover them. Be sure to keep the lid as it steams.

Complete

Cool the steamed bun with ice water and put it in a bamboo cup to complete. Enjoy one fresh and chewy raw bun, and take the rest home.
