Plan description

This is a permanent ceramics class at the DCM Homack Hachioji Minamino Store, a home center directly connected to JR Hachioji Minamino Station.
In this plan, you can make about 2 favorite works such as tea bowls, cups, plates, etc. with the “hand bend” made with the “hand turning” on the table. There are plenty of colors to choose from (glaze).
Let's enjoy making original works ★

○ Since you can make two, you can freely combine “cups and cups”, “cups in pairs”, “two plates”, etc.
○ Large works can be made with two clay pieces. Challenge the bowl and one plate!
○ You can decorate by carving patterns and letters. Draw a message and give it as a gift.
○ Completed in a minimum of 3 weeks to 1 month ★ Enjoy home-cooked rice.
○ Even if you are new to ceramics, it ’s okay! The instructor will help you with each one.
○ Twist the soil on the potter's wheel and slowly make a shape. It has a reputation for being “healed by the feel of the earth”.
○ We can also handle items other than tableware such as vases and flower pots. Please feel free to contact us.

You can choose your favorite color clay and glaze!

You can choose from 12 types of clay (red and white) and colors (glazing). The combination is rich with 24 streets! One color can be selected for one work.

In the experience, you will need to work on the "molding" process. In addition to teacups, cups and dishes, bowls, flowerpots and vases are also available. In children, animal figurines are also popular and creative works are born every day! The instructor will support you, so let's make it to the ideal form while consulting what you want to make.
