Why don't you try making 100% buckwheat noodles in the ancient city of Kamakura?
Even if you are a beginner, you can use it.
The owner (Edo Sovalier) of Hase Shiori, Kamakura will give you easy guidance.
One bowl per person, about 2 hours course, you will experience everything from buckwheat flour to chopped soba.
