It is about 15 minutes from the Meishin Kyoto East IC, and about 5 minutes after getting off the Ogi Yukoto IC on the Kosai Road. * Because traffic jams occur during the tourist season, we recommend that you use the Shimosakamoto ramp on the Kosai road.
