"Yu Kobo" opens 6 classrooms in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka and Fukuoka. Bright and friendly professional staff will help you together according to the speed of each person. ☆ It is a "lesson you want to make this" that you can choose from the following 4 items. 1 Mug / Beer Mug Course Turn the hand-cranked potter's wheel to make a mug or beer mug ♪ 2 Donburi / Noodle bowl course A lesson to make a large bowl for eating udon or donburi using the hand-cranked potter's wheel. 3 Pasta plate / Western bowl course A large plate that is perfect for placing pasta. Stretch the soil and place it on a mold to make an oval shape. 4 Platter course Make a large plate using the hand-cranked potter's wheel. ☆ The completed work will be handed over about one to one and a half months after the experience date. ☆ If you have any concerns about the production of your work, please feel free to contact us.

You can make one vessel using up to 1 kg of Mino ware soil. You can choose from mugs, bowls, pasta plates, platters, etc. Please contact us for other items you would like, such as sweets plates, chopstick rests, and flower pots. You can choose from three glazes carefully selected by Yu Kobo to determine the color of the vessel. At Yu Kobo, all ceramic works are fired by reduction roasting (Ibushi-yaki), which creates a tasteful kiln change. A vessel that colors the table with natural colors is completed.
In addition to ceramics, each classroom of Yu Kobo is accepting reservations for Iloilo experience courses such as silver accessories, glass crafts, leather crafts, etc. ☆ There is also a member course, and you can also participate in hole kiln firing ☆
