The Chichibu Night Festival has a history of about 300 years, is counted as one of Japan's three major Hikiyama festivals, and was registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2017. Would you like to participate in such a historical festival? There will be six floats that will be the highlight of the festival, and the ``dashi-pulling experience'' where you can move gorgeous floats built in the 1700s together with local people will be the best memory. In addition, original tenugui towels and gloves will be given away as souvenirs when the floats are pulled. ～Flow of the day～① Guide to Chichibu and explanation of Chichibu Night Festival (about 30 minutes) ② Tour and guide to Chichibu Shrine (about 10 minutes) ③ Dashi-pulling experience (about 120 minutes)

The Chichibu Night Festival is considered one of Japan's three major Hikiyama festivals, and is one of the most famous festivals in Japan, always attracting attention. The experience of pulling a float, which is difficult for only Chichibu residents to participate in, is a very valuable experience as you become a member of the Chichibu Night Festival. In addition, hand towels and work gloves will be given out as souvenirs when the floats are pulled.
