Both of us are only have 1 experience on diving in 2016. And we don't have the certification of diving. 1. We know English and a little bit Japanese, can we join this plan without any charge? 2. is that 17000 yen for 1 people to have 2 dives in 3 hours? 3. Is that we can pay 3000 yen to borrow 1 camera with SD card? Thank you~
