Q. Is this package still available? my wife and i are planning to take this plan up on 3/12/2024. We do not have waterproof snow pants or snow boot. is it available for rental? what is the itinerary of the program. thank you

A. I’m Hiro, a representative of Sapporo Active Navigation.
I can take your reservation of snowshoe trekking tour with 2 persons on 3/12/2025.
I’m going to pick you up at hotel lobby at 8:30 am.
Could you tell me which hotel you’re going to stay at?
You need to wear warm with snow suits, gloves, a cap and snow boots.
I have some rental clothing for clients, JPY1,500.- a person.
If you need rental wear, Please tell me your height and wear size, shoe size.
