Plan description

Let's go down the Tokachi River with a trendy stand-up paddle! !! The river activity, commonly known as SUP, is currently gaining popularity. Applications are increasing year by year at the Tokachi Nature Center. With such a sap, go down the Tokachi River, a major river that represents Hokkaido! It is an activity where you can enjoy plenty of river play by rowing yourself, crossing the waves, making a big curve, and sometimes entering the water. Of course, it's not always the purpose to ride the stream (advanced riders can also ride the fast waves), and just paddling leisurely on a streamless river is enough to enjoy. Even those who are not confident in exercising can "walk on the water" immediately from the first day. Dry suits in spring and autumn Wet suits are rented in summer.

Stand Up Paddle (SUP) is easy! ??

Compared to general surfboards, SUP boards are larger in size and have higher buoyancy. Standing on a board floating on the water is not so difficult even for the first challenge. At first, practice well where there is no flow. Once you get used to it, it's finally time to go down the river. Let's ask the guide for tips on going down the river! !! On the way, a little wave comes and a big curve. Let's overcome it by ourselves! !! Occasionally, you may enter the water, but rather you are welcome to enter the water! For that purpose, we will attach special equipment perfectly.

What kind of field do you do?

It is the middle reaches of the Tokachi River. The width of the river is wide and there are almost no obstacles, so it is a perfect field for going down the river with a stand-up paddle. After the end, we will return to our center and dissolve, but there is a footbath at the mall hot spring right next to it, so you can relax.
