This is a natural, earth-to-flame meeting, a rustic, hand-made grilled pottery that is felt by the fusion of clay and flame, which is a natural, earth-and-flame meeting.

小窯焼成とは・・

薪を使った焼成で桟切りと呼ばれる景色が特徴です。
窯床に置いてある作品が炭に埋もれ、直接炎があたらないことと、空気の流れが悪いことが相まって還元焼成（いぶし焼きの状態）になったために生じる窯変で、ネズミ色・暗灰色・青色等に発色します。
