The Hija River has mangroves and other natural features unique to Okinawa. Before departure, the guide will introduce you to nature in the Hijagawa Nature Experience Center, and will guide you through the real thing while rowing on the water. Windbreakers, waterproof pants, and sandals are available for free rental. As long as you have clothes that are easy to move in and can get wet, you don't need any special preparations!
