■Schedule■ Please make sure to board the free shuttle bus bound for Chateraise Gateau Kingdom Sapporo Hotel & Resort, departing from the north exit of Sapporo Station at 11:00 AM. ↓Around 11:45 AM, an attendant will greet you at the hotel bus arrival point. After gathering at the designated counter for reception, a toilet break, and preparation, you will travel to a nearby fishing spot by private vehicle (5-15 minutes). ↓Your smelt fishing experience will begin (around 12:20 PM, approximately a 2-hour experience). A professional fishing guide will provide instruction. You may bring your own lunch to the tent. Hot water will be provided. (You can sample smelt tempura (limited quantities).) ↓After the experience, you will travel to the hotel by private vehicle (5-15 minutes, subject to seasonal variation). ↓From around 2:35 PM, purchase your favorite sweets at the Chateraise store inside Chateraise Gateau Kingdom Sapporo Hotel. (Includes a ticket worth 1,300 yen per person) *If you wish, you can change this to a hot spring bathing ticket. In that case, please take the free shuttle bus departing at 17:00 to return home. ↓ Board the free shuttle bus departing in front of the hotel at 15:00 ↓ Arrive at the north exit of Sapporo Station around 15:45 *Please be careful on your way home.

Your fishing guide will give you a thorough lecture, so please come prepared with just warm clothes. (Free rental winter clothing is also available.) There is a hotel nearby where you can rest, so you can rest easy.

You can board the free shuttle bus of Chateau Gateaux Kingdom Sapporo Hotel & Resort, which is located near the fishing spot. The basic schedule is 11:00 departure from the north exit of Sapporo Station and 15:00 return from the hotel.

Chateraise's sweets are popular for their reasonable prices and deliciousness! At the reception, you will receive a 1,300 yen sweets voucher per person, so please be sure to purchase one at the shop on your way out (valid only on the day).
