★Cool Live&Lesson Enjoy Japanese flute★
Shinobue is a traditional musical instrument made of bamboo and has been used since ancient times for the festivals, a kagura (sacred music) and a shishimai (lion dance).
As a classical Japanese music, shinobue is used in kabuki and noh theaters as well as in a puppet theater along with shakuhachi, shamisen and hand-drums.
This course is conducted by Ikkan Fukuhara, a shinobue musician with more than 20 years of experience and who is also an ambassador of Miyajima Tourism. The lesson with shinobue live concert would definitely be your priceless experience.
In this course you will learn to handle a shinobue and play a traditional music「SAKURA」.
