About cancellation	2日～当日：100％無断キャンセル：100％ ※悪天候による中止の場合は、キャンセル料金はかかりません。お客様から前日又は当日に悪天候以外の理由によるキャンセルがあった場合は、ツアー料金の50％をキャンセル料金としていただきます。
About event termination	※大雨などでお客様より中止される場合、前日の夜21:00までに、エクセカヌーツアーズ代表松原宏之 090-1560-5081へご連絡下さいませ。また、エクセカヌーツアーズ事業部が増水・強風などにより危険と判断した場合、前日の夜21:00までにお客様へ中止のご連絡を致します。
