Reservation cancellation fee generation date	Cancellation fee will be charged from 2 days before the event date.
About cancellation	2 days to the day: 100% Cancellation without notice: 100% *If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, there will be no cancellation fee. If the customer cancels the tour the day before or on the day for reasons other than bad weather, a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour fee will be charged.
About event termination	*If you cancel due to heavy rain, please contact us by phone by 9:00 PM the night before. If Exe Canoe Tours determines that the trip is dangerous due to high water levels or strong winds, we will contact you by 9:00 PM the night before to cancel the trip.
