Plan description

Canyoning is an action sport that uses the whole body to go down a mountain stream. Walk, slide, and jump through the valley and feel the great outdoors with your whole body. Slide down the natural waterslide or jump to the basin of the waterfall! It feels good to float. Let's get out of the hot city and get active refreshment!

What kind of river are you going to?

KURA-RUN's base is located in Kawazu Town on the east coast of the Izu Peninsula, at the edge of Shizuoka Prefecture. The canyoning course is a tributary of the Kawazu River that flows through the middle of Kawazu Town. Its special feature is the continuous slides! Get excited as you clear the natural slides that appear one after the other. Looking back, you can see a deep, deep green forest. Clear water flowing over the rock face. A waterfall that changes color depending on the light. That's the kind of place it is.

First, climb the mountain trail to reach the entrance point. 10:00/14:30 Arrive at the entrance to the valley.
