Experience SUP on Ikinajima■Go on an exciting adventure on a SUP from Ikinajima! ■Even if you don't like swimming or the cold, it's okay! We will lend you a life jacket and wetsuit if you wish. Located almost in the center of the Seto Inland Sea, this island is only 300m away from Innoshima in Hiroshima Prefecture, and is a border island. Ikinajima. This is an experience plan for SUP beginners. After learning the basics of SUP, let's go out to the sea right away! Since it is a large board with good buoyancy, even beginners can go out to the sea right away. Since the board is close to the water surface, you can feel like you are walking on the sea! Go on an exciting adventure on a SUP! In this plan, you will go on an adventure around the nearby islands! Enter a cave, go through rocks. Erosion is different depending on the place in the Seto Inland Sea. Enjoy the ocean and the scenery on a SUP with excitement and thrills. If you are passing through the Shimanami Kaido, please take a detour and join us on this tour!
UPA (Japan Stand Up Paddle Church) certified instructors will give lectures according to the level. Even for the first time, you will be able to stand and row. Feel the sea breeze.
You need a preparatory exercise before exercising. At Rakuoli, we use paddles to firmly stretch each part of the upper and lower body. The paddle blocks your body so you can stretch out. By all means at home!
There are natural tunnels and caves on the other side of the island! !! Lots of fish when the sea is beautiful!
