This plan is a plan that you can experience buckwheat using 100% buckwheat flour from Yamagata. You can experience buckwheat while feeling comfortable nature in a green environment with parks which are spacious close by. The journey time is about 3 hours.
It is made only with buckwheat flour without using binders. The flow of buckwheat noodle making is as follows. Watering: Mix buckwheat flour and water carefully so as not to lump. Kneading: Knead the thick part of the palm into one mass. Stretching / Folding: Stretch with a stick to the desired thickness, and fold back alternately. Cut: Cut as thinly as possible and bundle one meal at a time. Eat: Boil the finished soba and enjoy it!
I hit a side of about 3 people at a time. You can take it home with you. If you want to hit your favorite side by yourself, why not enjoy it with us? We will teach you the first time carefully. Family and group participation are also welcome. The taste of buckwheat noodles you beat is the best! Please enjoy the handmade time slowly in our shop by all means during holiday time.
