This is a 90-minute soba (buckwheat) noodle making experience. Preparation of soba noodles will take about 30 minutes. Remaining 60 minutes will be spent on tasting freshly made noodles. Moreover, we offer sobamisoyaki with sake and green tea with seasonal Japanese sweets.
For noodle making we use the best buckwheat flour selected by the master. Enjoy freshly cooked soba noodles with a special "Osoba-zen" stock. We also use fresh wasabi produced in Izu Highlands. We can provide detailed instructions on soba making. Feel free to join us.
