Plan description

2012 Year We will take a stroll around Maitreyahara (altitude 1930m) that became a Ramsar Convention registered wetland in July. It is a walk through the woods of Maitreyahara that is magnificent. In summer, walk slowly while enjoying the autumn leaves while watching alpine flowers such as Watasuge and Takayama butterflies. We will also guide you to the observation deck overlooking the caldera.

The highest Ramsar site in Japan

"Midagahara" is a high-altitude wetland dotted with "Iketan" of various sizes, and is registered under the Ramsar Convention. The pond in the wetlands of Dainichidaira and Midagahara is called "Gaki no Ta".

Peace of mind even beginners.

Since it is a wooden path walk, anyone can feel free to take a walk. Let's take a leisurely walk while watching the various flowers that change with the seasons. The guide will guide you in a fun way.
