Plan description

Inundated bay of scenic Kaiyo town dotted with small uninhabited islands. It is a plan to cruise slowly while rowing the SUP (stand-up paddle) board in this beautiful sea designated as a national park. It's a calm place of the waves so even beginners are fine. With a little practice you can stand on the board right away. Please have small children together! Let's enjoy the beautiful sea with SUP board leisurely.

A new type of sports that can be expected to have a core and fitness effect

Hawaii-born SUP balances the whole body, so it is attracting attention from women and athletes as it has a fitness effect by training the core and inner muscles.
