Miyagi The Oku Matsushima, which is located to the east of Matsushima Bay, is a tourist attraction that is a scenic spot surrounded by numerous remote islands and coastal beauty. Experience SUP in this serene and mysterious atmosphere.

Pre-training for beginners and women with peace of mind!

In the first half, we will give a lecture on safe and fun basic movements and points to note such as how to balance. Most women, of course, will be able to row at this point!

Cruising the spectacular sightseeing spots!

After the middle stage, it's finally time to take a leisurely cruise on the tour route. The experience route is about 60 minutes. Depending on the situation and conditions, we plan to go around 2 routes.
