In the "Bizen writer Taiga Mori workshop in Bizen classroom", it has conducted a pottery experience classroom that anyone can participate willingly. In our plan, create a work by "hand forming". The Bizen work with a rustic flavor, why not try to make with their own hands?

Teaching one-on-one. Learn while experiencing

The artist himself uses clay that he has made from rice fields to make works with a size of Yuzumi and Tokuri. First, draw the work you want to make on the image and check the finish. Because it is made by hand bending, you can enjoy the process of facing the soil carefully while moving your hands. In addition to giving one-on-one instruction of points and tips carefully, you will be able to teach you various knowledge about Bizen, so you will deepen your understanding of baked goods.

Participation from elementary school OK

You can participate from elementary school students (more than six years old). Family will be good memories if everyone in the experience, should also be double joy by actually using the made works. Made works is fired at a climbing kiln in the studio, is completed in about a year later. Please tell If you would like your sending of works (postage separately). It also can ship overseas at EMS.
