Katsumidori Co., Ltd. is a conveyor-belt sushi chain founded in 2002. It operates brands such as "Kaishi Sushikatsu" and "Sushikatsu," and strives to offer reasonable prices while using the same high-quality ingredients as high-end sushi restaurants.
