In addition to the usual outdoor safety checks, our guides are specialized trained in white water rescue techniques and wilderness first aid to ensure further safety. We also offer a flexible cancellation policy with no cancellation fee if you cancel up to three days in advance, making it easy to adjust your schedule. Our tour guides will be happy to help with Japanese-English translations, so please feel free to ask any questions.
子供連れ（5歳、2歳）で参加しました！子供はもちろんのこと、自分も釣りをやるのは初めてで、大丈夫かなと心配していましたが、ガイドのバブさん、クリスミーさんに丁寧に教えてもらい、ニジマスとアメマスを釣ることが出来ました！5歳の子も自分で釣り竿を持ち、バブさんの力を借りながら、自分で魚を釣ることが出来ました！本人も大喜びで楽しんでいました！そして、魚を釣った後は、バブさんがその場で下処理をして、目の前で焼いてくれました！自分たちで釣った魚をその場で食べることができ、2歳の子も含め、みんな大満足でした！妻も釣りにハマったようで、またやりたいと言っていました！この度は素敵な体験をありがとうございました！

The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and the water is crystal clear — I think this is definitely a must-visit spot in Hokkaido. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and I’m so grateful for their hospitality. It was truly the best experience ever. I highly recommend joining the activity here!
Had a great day out with the family, and caught a fish in the first 10 seconds! Sune did a superb job in looking after us; especially helping our son to learn to catch more fish. We then grilled the fish at the end of the day. Highly recommended day out.
