Near Shonan and Enoshima, we hold cycling guided tours for beginners of sports bikes such as road bikes, cross bikes, and E-BIKE (electrically assisted sports bikes) throughout the year. There is an environment where you can run along the sea and on cycling roads. We have various rentals such as sports bikes, helmets, wear, gloves, sunglasses so that you can enjoy it empty-handed. The representative is the Athens Olympic Road Race Player, and the guide in charge is a cycling guide officially recognized by the Japan Cycling Guide Association. The guide will give a lecture on how to handle and operate a sports bike and will guide you to the spots in Shonan.

手ぶらで伺い、必要なものも全てお借りすることができ、ロードバイクを体験するハードルがとても下がりました！
お借りしたバイクは整備が行き届いておりトラブルもなく、サイクリングロードを中心に走り回ることで、スポーツサイクルの楽しいところを体験できたように思います。
次はアテンドをお願いしたり、コーチングをお願いしたいと言う気持ちになりました！
クロスバイク、初心者でしたが、操作の仕方からブレーキのかけ方まで、分かりやすく説明して頂き、とても楽しく参加させて頂くことができました。
また、機会があれば、参加したいです。
今までなんとなくで坂を上っていましたが、正しいフォームとはかけ離れていたことに気づけて、とても為になった講習でした。最初に車が入ってこない平坦な場所で、重心をとるフォームの練習を繰り返し、じっくり行った上で坂での練習だったので、少し心に余裕が持てた状態で坂の練習を行うことができました。

I am taking lifesaving training and cycle safety training specializing in cycling. We will manage the physical condition of the participants and provide emergency response in the unlikely event of an accident or injury. We will take measures to prevent infection in accordance with the "JCGA Cycling Tour COVID-19 Infection Spread Prevention Guidelines" of the Japan Cycling Guide Association. Please refrain from attending those who are suspected of having a new coronavirus infection such as cold symptoms or fever that exceeds normal fever. Please note that the body temperature will be measured at the reception on the day and those who are above 37.5 degrees will not be allowed to participate. Please bring your own mask. |
